This is a great place to play pickle ball. There are 12 lighted courts now! 6 new! It’s $10 to play as of 10/23. The play is friendly and there are a variety of skill levels grouped together in scheduled play times. Never a long wait. Members enjoy unlimited play, guests pay a nominal fee.
My wife and I played Bardmoor today. Tee off was at 115pm. After reading the reviews , I was concerned!
Here’s the honest truth…. Thus course is a fun course to
Play. I used Tee Off to get a good deal 60.00 per person. Rates go as high as $95 or higher. This is not a course worthy of more than $75.
Contrary to other reviews, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Contrary to several reviews of tee off delays of 1 hour or more we were only delayed 15 minutes.
The course was dry and just needs some TLC. It’s hard to believe with the conditions I saw today that this course ever hosted a PGA event.
The round was a 5 hour plus round. I think the delays are caused by 7 minute between tee times.
We would play it again for sure. If you play here I would suggest get a deal on GolfNow -do not pay more than $75 , honestly the conditions and course manicuring just don’t justify the higher green fee.
Greens and tees were okay, fairways dry but the signage and overall care of the course not there.
It’s kinda like a pair of old jeans. Wearable/Playable but they/the course are worn!
My advice to the club. You have a course that needs some work. Your signage on the tees is so old can’t read them. The carts have GPS but are old.
Again this is meant to be a fair review because some of the reviews I read were awful. Our experience was good not awful!!
Cheers from Canada!
When you pay over $100 a round…in January..you expect a minimum standard. This did not come close. Flew down to take a customer out to golf and left extremely disappointed. The halfway house “closed early,” which is a problem because there was no cart girl on the entire back 9. So we were hungry and thirsty for THREE HOURS. The pace was atrocious. They book tee times every 7 minutes so we ended up playing a 5 hour and 15 minute round. Never had another drink or food offered to us for four hours. Didn’t see a single Marshall for the entire day, but the cart kept pinging us for how far behind pace we were. Definitely will not be returning and definitely not worth the money. The only thing saving this from a 1-star review is the fact that the course was actually in decent shape for January. Outside of that, an absolutely terrible experience.
Came by here recently for two rounds of golf and had a great time on both days. Decent price for 18 holes. Greens & tees are in good condition. Only negative feedback is that on Saturdays it goes pretty slow - but this happens a lot anywhere else you go.
Been playing out here for years. Golf staff clearly does not care about your playing experience. They stack so many people on the golf course so you are lucky if you play in under 4 1/2 hours. Also the driving range is like hitting off green spray painted dirt. Constantly an animal trough. Put in some effort bardmoor
Played here today for the first time. The course is lovely and the staff are friendly. The issue is overbooking. The round took over 5 hours and the golf cart display constantly reminded us that we were behind. We waited on every hole, every shot - and we were not slow. Thankfully our tee time was at noon so we were able to finish - that would not be the case for anyone after 12:30.
Premium semi-private layout in sunny Largo
Not too much water like many of the Tampa tracks
Lovely service. The best driving range
Disappointing round mostly because of pace of play. Front 9 were okay but by hole 11 we were backed up with three to four groups waiting to tee up per hole. No ranger or management of golfers going out. Had to call the round 4 holes early because we ran out of time and a storm had developed as well, which is no one’s fault but if pace was normal we would’ve been done with the round before it started pouring. Greens were pure sand and bumpy. Cart gps would shut it down even when I was super far from the green. Some fairways had okay conditions but won’t be returning because of the lack of organization.
